In the details panel, look for the Height Fog section of the Dynamic Sky BP. You will need to open the section fully up by clicking on the small white arrow at the end of the section. You are gonna click on the option to "Use Fog Density Curve". Under that option, you are going to adjust both Clear Height Fog Falloff and Scale Fog Density.
