That being said, JD has been around since farming began in the states pretty much. Kubota has been proven to be a good reliable tractor for years. I tend to go yellow and green over orange.
Yes there are a number of strong points on the b2601 that can be met by the 2025r with add-ons. Like get a second top adjustable link to get more 3 point lift. Loader lift capacity’s are close. Does have a temperature gauge vs. none on the 2025R. The JD dealer is far more local. Nearest Kubota dealer is 35 miles away. JD dealership had treated me well during the 4010 and then lemony 1025R.
