As you are leaving the place a small cutscene is supposed to trigger with Dijkstra's agent. For some reason it didn't trigger, so you need to find the agent back at the hideout and let the cutscene play out. 1.The prerequisite for "A Matter of Life and Death" is not the Dandelion rescue, but the previous quest, "Count Reuven's Treasure". What you can do is ignore "Count Reuven's Treasure" until you've completed "Get Junior", then ignore "A Matter of Life and Death" after you complete "Count Reuven's Treasure" and go talk to Priscilla about Dandelion ……
