You also can’t emulate an NFC tag on iOS. Its just not possible. The closest you can get is doing it via a pass in the wallet but it’s limited to a certain set of information and you need a certificate from apple to do it. Which even if you got, the limited info you can emulate wouldn’t be sufficient for an amiibo. Late to the party but i use two programs and 1 nfc card. Tagmo to write the amiibo using their database. And then an app called "Tag Writer" from NXP to erase the data on the card to reuse it.
